He is a leading journalist in the leasing broker sector and Editor of Broker News, the website which provides information and news for BVRLA-registered leasing brokers. He also writes extensively on the fleet and leasing market in both the UK and Europe. He is a former editor of What Car? and Editor-in-Chief of Haymarket Motoring Group Special Projects and has worked on comms partnerships with Ford of Europe, Saab AB, HSBC and Porsche Retail Group.

Account Director

Laura is the Account Director of MMC. She is a writer and Head of Marketing for Broker News, with extensive automotive experience from senior marketing roles with RBS/Nat West, Lombard Vehicle Management and Unipart. She is also a self-confessed petrol-head.

Sanjay Mistry

Associate

Sanjay is an associate of MMC and his company, Verum PR, runs all external PR campaigns on behalf of MMC. Sanjay is extensively connected to the fleet and business press and is adept at forging strong relationships with journalists. Prior to starting his own PR consultancy, he was involved in senior roles with Bedfordshire Health Authority and HSBC.

With a background in media, including Head of Design for What Car?, Group Design Director for Haymarket Business Media and Art Director of the Observer’s colour supplement, more recently he has expanded beyond media into design, creative direction and brand strategy.

She has held senior positions at industry-leading B2B titles Fleet News and Smart Transport, and led campaigns championing motorists as consumer editor for online used car marketplace Heycar. In 2017 she won the Newspress Automotive Business Journalist award.

Journalist

Russell Hayes’ early career was 14 years of motoring journalism in print (for What Car?), television (for Top Gear), as well as online. Since 2007 he has authored 10 motoring history books on subjects including TVR, the Earls Court Motor Show, the Volkswagen Golf and the original Aston Martin V8. However, he’s not forgotten how to be an automotive journalist and now writes for UK consumer motoring sites and for Broker News.

Tristan is an award-winning journalist with nearly 30 years’ experience reporting on the automotive industry focusing predominantly on fleet and retail. He is the Editor of car retailer publication Auto Sunday. As a self-confessed petrol-head, Tristan has a weakness for car classifieds.
